To Use Any Services
Monthly subscription billing cycles run 30 days at a time, beginning on the initial order date. Quarterlies run for 90 days, and Yearly subscriptions for 365. All subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
For member convenience, as described in our product description, Cashflow Heaven Publishing subscribers are set up with automatically recurring payments. This means that your credit card will be debited automatically on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis according to your subscription plan.
Subscription billing cycles begin on the initial order date. Cancelled subscriptions will expire on the last day of the billing cycle.
Subscriptions cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle begins, or the cancellation will take effect at the end of the new billing cycle. This means that cancellation requests received on or after your billing date will be applied to the end of that cycle. For this reason, if you need to modify or cancel your subscription, we strongly recommend you do so with as much time as possible before the renewal date.
Subscription Refunds: Refunds are not offered for subscriptions.
Package Refunds: Refunds are available for educational packages cancelled within 30 days of ordering unless it is a repurchase of a previously returned package or otherwise noted in the product description. Refunds may take up to ten business days to be reflected by the credit card issuer. Please note that packages offered at a discount are not eligible for a refund or packages that have been previously refunded are ineligible for future refunds.
Coaching Refunds: Coaching packages are non-refundable.
Customers have one full year from the date of purchase to use coaching sessions, whether purchased individually or as part of a special.
If you ever need to upgrade your service, take a sabbatical, change credit cards, or any other subscription related need, please email us here. To ensure that you receive your payment receipts or any other correspondence regarding your account, please add our e-mail address to your address book.

We are in the office Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 1:00 pm PT (West Coast). We may be closed for major US holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Independence Day.
